On January 1, 2025, HumanaCare, the MTS counselling and support services provider, rebraded under the name Kii (pronounced Key). This program replaces MTS’ long-standing Educator Assistance Program (EAP).
All current features offered by HumanaCare will continue under Kii. And while there is a new telephone number for Kii, the contact number used for HumanaCare will continue to be functional as well. Either number will connect members to the services they want to access.
Kii Services: Supporting MTS Members and their Families
Through Kii, MTS members and eligible family can receive one-on-one counseling as well as an array of other holistic support services. These include family, relationship, grief, and bereavement counselling, as well as support for substance use, depression, work-related stress, diet and nutrition, and even legal and financial counselling.
To request services 24/7 any day of the year, connect by calling 1-866-814-0018 or going online at www.Kiihealth.ca.
In addition, check your email for an access code for MTS members and family. Use it to create your own private Kii profile for access to helpful information on a wide range of topics.
